Yes, We Clean Heat Pumps, cleans heat pumps. But they educate on how to care of pumps inbetween and they make recommendations about listening for sounds of aging motor and/or proper heating expectations. Thank you!

I've been using We Clean Heat Pumps for years now. I have them out in the fall each year before we switch over to heating. Generally Jackie reaches out without prompting, making the scheduling very easy. Their technicians are excellent. They are on time, very professional, and efficient with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful! The first two appointments were canceled due to an ill employee. The company rep was apologetic and communicative about this. The tech, Mark, was polite, competent, clean and respectful of our home. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions and did an outstanding job. This company provided this service when our unit was under lease from Green Mountain Power. We wil certainly continue using your services.

When I first booked the appointment online, I wasn’t sure what to expect because it was so automated and we had to pay upfront. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a scam. But now that We Clean Heat Pumps has come I will absolutely use the service again. They were excellent, professional, on time and the automated system made it easy. The job was thoroughly done. I didn’t realize how much time it took to clean them.

The service I had today was wonderful! Edwin was here on time and did a phenomenal job with our condensers and mini splits. I am so happy with him and the company. They get a 5 star rating from me. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their Hvac system cleaned ☺️

The technician was so polite and worked quietly and thoroughly. He (I wish I remembered his name?!) removed the curtains below one pump to protect them and then carefully replaced them. He answered my questions with ease. I will have your company help me at least annually.

Great company that will go to extreme lengths to accommodate cleaning for people with the health issues and sensitivities. Especially if you have issues with mold, this is about as close as you can come to working with a really good remediatior without having to contract one, as they have taken their time to learn from a very respected expert on the subject and understand how to deal with getting rid of mold safely and effectively in a way most other HVAC companies do not. Marion is the point of contact and she is a kind, wonder person who will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommended!

The cleaning technician texted in advance that he was on his way and arrived in perfect time. He went over in detail with me what I wanted done and then explained everything that he was going to do and why. By the time he finished, the mini splits sparkled and worked better than in a long while. He also told me how to maintain them between cleanings. It was great.

The tech who came out (Patrick D.) was polite, clean and a good communicator! He did an absolute stellar job and was patient with questions and thorough with his explanation of what was done. What a great service - on time, professional, courteous, and best of all made my unit sparkle (mold free inside and out). My split unit is over 10 years old and the inside unit was never cleaned. The technician cleaned the unit and showed me all the mold that was inside. The unit now smells like it is brand new. This service comes highly recommended. I will have them back to clean my other units.
