I couldn't be more thrilled with this service and this company! My heat pumps are about five years old and were filthy, but I also noticed a decrease in output and the units had become a little noisy when the fans were operating. From the moment I contacted the office to set up the initial booking, the pre-appointment communication, and the cleaning itself, every person was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Emails were answered quickly and I appreciated the reminder phone call and the text to tell me the technician was on the way. The technician, Nate, was punctual, which I really appreciate. The cleaning took about 6 hours and great care was taken to keep each area in the house protected and clean while the maintenance was performed. The units have now been restored to their original efficiency; the air quality is much improved, they are whisper-quiet, and the output is fantastic! Because the technician was here for longer than I estimated, I braced myself for a higher bill than quoted. Nope - the bill was exactly as estimated! Payment was seamless and quick online. I will be scheduling yearly cleanings going forward and recommending this service to everyone I know with heat pumps.Thanks for the absolutely great customer service!

Kirk did a great job, and answered all my questions. I would have chosen five stars, except for the cost. I expect it can't be helped, but it eliminated more than a year's worth of the fuel savings the heat pumps would otherwise have delivered.

Levin, the service tech, was fantastic. He educated me on what goes into the cleaning of the systems and where to look for dirt and dust buildup. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The company itself was great to work with. I received a reminder text the week before my appointment and a text the day of to let me know the tech was on the way. I highly recommend these guys.

Your service guy encountered extra work here. He chose to remove hardware wire we'd wrapped around the exterior unit so he could clean it properly. It wasn't easy, yet he was very nice about it. He was clearly set on doing his job well.

Wow, what a difference! It was hard to notice, the cooling ability of my mini splits was declining. After Trey and his staff were finished, it was night and day. Everything was handled, moving of furniture, and putting it all back perfectly. I've tried cleaning them myself though spent two days and got them nowhere close to how they are now (and it was miserable work). Great result, I wish I had known about them sooner.

Our (my wife and I) originally hired "We Clean Heat Pumps" because our minisplit was leaking water and we were informed (by a serviceman from a different company) that the unit needed a cleaning. The WCHP serviceman did an excellent job. He not only cleaned the unit, but he also discovered that the actual source of the leaking was from damage done by mice that had eaten through a tube for water drainage inside the unit. He also found the hole where the mice were entering the unit. The serviceman was very informative and took the time to explain the problem. He was a pleasure to work with.

We Clean Heat Pumps did an awesome job start to finish. Regular communication. Technician arrived right on time. He was professional and down to earth. I had another guy try to clean my heat pump, but his experience was limited. The We Clean Heat Pump Tech super cleaned the unit ( it had been years) and now it’s blowing far more air volume, totally clean, and he took the time to polish the exterior making it look brand new!

I’m so glad I got my mini split deep cleaned. Yeah, the price is a bit high—but honestly, if everyone worked like Steve, I wouldn’t mind paying it. I really love the job he did, and I’ll definitely be asking for him again next time. He’s the best! 👍🌹

I believe this is the third time I have used WCHP. Each time I appreciate the timeliness and workers professionalism. Another reason which is key is a good job for the very best price around.

I had to clean the interior head after she was done and the interior filters. Very poor quality of professionalism. And she left a mess on the porch and railing where she attempted to clean the filters. The covers for the screws are missing as well. Too bad because I’ve used them a few years ago and they were great.’

Heat Pump cleaning. Very good communication with scheduling. Maeve (our technician) did a great job and was very good with our dogs. Very satisfied.

The technician did not ensure the drain hose was clear. This resulted a the wood floor being soaked over night. I sucked out a bunch of debris the next morning with my shop vac.

The service was great m, Maeve was great but we think it may need a repair as it is still emitting a bad smell.
