I couldn't be more thrilled with this service and this company! My heat pumps are about five years old and were filthy, but I also noticed a decrease in output and the units had become a little noisy when the fans were operating. From the moment I contacted the office to set up the initial booking, the pre-appointment communication, and the cleaning itself, every person was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Emails were answered quickly and I appreciated the reminder phone call and the text to tell me the technician was on the way. The technician, Nate, was punctual, which I really appreciate. The cleaning took about 6 hours and great care was taken to keep each area in the house protected and clean while the maintenance was performed. The units have now been restored to their original efficiency; the air quality is much improved, they are whisper-quiet, and the output is fantastic! Because the technician was here for longer than I estimated, I braced myself for a higher bill than quoted. Nope - the bill was exactly as estimated! Payment was seamless and quick online. I will be scheduling yearly cleanings going forward and recommending this service to everyone I know with heat pumps.Thanks for the absolutely great customer service!

This is my second year using We Clean Heat Pumps. Last year’s experience was excellent, the technician arrived on time, worked thoroughly, and took the time to explain what he was doing. Communication before, during, and after the appointment was also solid. This year has been a very different experience. I was only able to schedule weekday appointments, which required me to take time off from work. Thirty minutes before my first appointment, I was notified that the technician was sick and would not be coming. I understand that things happen, but the last‑minute cancellation and no technician to backfill, it cost me a full day of lost work, for no good reason. On the rescheduled day, a different technician than last year came. He was polite, and professional, but finished in about half the time as last year, which left me unsure whether the same level of work or attention to detail was performed. Later that same week, I had another appointment scheduled for window AC units. Again, I took the day off, and again, the technician canceled 30 minutes beforehand. That’s now two unpaid days lost due to last‑minute cancellations. While a staff member apologized (which i appreciated) and offered a discount on future services, that felt inadequate given the actual burden placed on me. After two cancellations in one month, the minimum reasonable response would be to offer the next service free of charge. At this point, I can’t say the company feels reliable. I could return as a customer, but not based on how this situation was handled.

Outstanding customer service for an unusually difficult mini-split cleaning! Our unit was inset in a tight space, and it took two technicians working carefully together just to access it. They were professional, patient, and clearly experienced in handling tricky situations. What could have been a frustrating job was handled smoothly, with great attention to detail and respect for our home. The system is running beautifully now, and I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in to get it done right. Your service guy encountered extra work here. He chose to remove hardware wire we'd wrapped around the exterior unit so he could clean it properly. It wasn't easy, yet he was very nice about it. He was clearly set on doing his job well.

We clean heat pumps did an amazing job cleaning my Mitsubishi mini-split! Wow, what a difference! It was hard to notice, the cooling ability of my mini splits was declining. After Trey and his staff were finished, it was night and day. Everything was handled, moving of furniture, and putting it all back perfectly. I've tried cleaning them myself though spent two days and got them nowhere close to how they are now (and it was miserable work). Great result, I wish I had known about them sooner.

Just had my annual service and I'm always so impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness and kindness.

We had an outstanding experience with We Clean Heat Pumps. Our technician arrived exactly on time and immediately set the tone — polite, professional, and with a genuinely bright, upbeat personality. He asked which of our two split systems (bedroom and living room) we wanted to start with, and even checked whether we preferred he keep his shoes on or take them off. Small detail, but it shows respect. As he worked, he explained why certain areas get missed during DIY cleanings. I learned more in one visit than I have in years of owning these units — including the fact that both systems had a mass buildup of ladybugs hidden deep in the drip pan, an area I completely missed when I tried to clean them myself last year. What really impressed us was the attention to the outdoor units. He didn’t just clean them — he inspected everything and pointed out issues our local technician never mentioned. He drove two hours to get to us, yet still took the time to educate us thoroughly. He noticed our outdoor units were sitting on what we thought was a cement slab, but it was actually plastic. He suggested raising them properly and even gave us options we could order online. Then came the biggest eye‑opener: he removed the drain‑hose cover and discovered the hose had been reattached incorrectly by whoever resided the house. It was twisted, not draining, collecting water, and letting bugs in. He stayed extra time to fix it correctly, which we really appreciated. The entire visit took about three hours for both units — compared to the one rushed hour from our local tech, where we had to prompt every step. This technician was the complete opposite: thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in doing the job right. Worth every minute, every dollar, and every mile he had to come our way. Thank you again! Both units are blowing fresh and working great!

We Clean Heat Pumps did an awesome job start to finish. Regular communication. Technician arrived right on time. He was professional and down to earth. I had another guy try to clean my heat pump, but his experience was limited. The We Clean Heat Pump Tech super cleaned the unit ( it had been years) and now it’s blowing far more air volume, totally clean, and he took the time to polish the exterior making it look brand new!
