What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering high-quality service and technical cleaning.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing deep cleanings of indoor and outdoor heat pump units.
- Ensuring customers’ homes and commercial spaces are left pristine.
- Communicating effectively with customers and our office team.
- Showing up on time and exceeding customer expectations every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and take pride in their work.
Ideal candidates have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to work independently with professionalism.
- A detail-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to lift and handle 40 lbs safely and use ladders when needed.
