Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday - Sunday: By appointment only
Every customer is valued, and every job begins the same way. We'll have a short, detailed conversation over the phone. We make sure you understand the process that we'll use to clean your unit. We then make an appointment for a specific time that works for your schedule. We have a solid COVID-19 safety protocol that we layout to keep you, our employees, and all the rest of our current customers safe.
On the day of our visit, we carefully dismantle the interior unit, then use a pressure washer and a non-toxic/non-acidic cleaning solution along with a bib-kit to remove the material that builds upon the heat exchanger and the fan wheel. The bib kit funnels all of the water & debris into a bucket, so you don't need to worry about water spray in your home. We then dismantle and clean the coil, fan, drain, and cabinet of the exterior unit using the same tools. We check both the interior and exterior units for potential service issues, vacuum the condensate pipes, and provide a courtesy cleaning of the exterior of every unit as we reassemble. We clean or wash the filters and then replace batteries and filter inserts.
We test the system before leaving and communicate all we discovered with you.
Our techs make notes in our system for future cleanings. If there's an issue, we will report it to you and, if needed, a service provider, preventing downtime and costly visits down the road.
We love hearing from our customers. Feel free to drop us a line any time.
