Maeve arrived as scheduled, came in to assess the location of the heat pump inside and out, and set to work.They were efficient and took great care while servicing the unit...absolutely no spills despite the water and (disinfectant?) spray involved in the cleaning. We had a wonderful conversation about shared experiences while the work was being done. Maeve is super-intelligent and received great training as evidenced by their excellent service on my unit. I highly recommend We Clean Heat Pumps!

Mark with We Clean Heat Pumps was on time, friendly, willing to answer my questions about the process and our particular situation (yes I should have had my heat pump cleaned long ago!). He was efficient and finished with our cleaning inside the timeframe mentioned at the time of scheduling. We will be on an annual schedule after this!

Highly recommend this company. Units were left spotless inside and out and the tech Kirk identified an issue that needs to be taken up with the installer of our system. It sounds like the company is growing and I'm sure it will be wildly successful if they can figure out a way to keep to the same standard of service.

The service I had today was wonderful! Edwin was here on time and did a phenomenal job with our condensers and mini splits. I am so happy with him and the company. They get a 5 star rating from me. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their Hvac system cleaned ☺️

The technician was so polite and worked quietly and thoroughly. He (I wish I remembered his name?!) removed the curtains below one pump to protect them and then carefully replaced them. He answered my questions with ease. I will have your company help me at least annually.

Great company that will go to extreme lengths to accommodate cleaning for people with the health issues and sensitivities. Especially if you have issues with mold, this is about as close as you can come to working with a really good remediatior without having to contract one, as they have taken their time to learn from a very respected expert on the subject and understand how to deal with getting rid of mold safely and effectively in a way most other HVAC companies do not. Marion is the point of contact and she is a kind, wonder person who will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommended!

Yes, We Clean Heat Pumps, cleans heat pumps. But they educate on how to care of pumps inbetween and they make recommendations about listening for sounds of aging motor and/or proper heating expectations. Thank you!

The cleaning technician texted in advance that he was on his way and arrived in perfect time. He went over in detail with me what I wanted done and then explained everything that he was going to do and why. By the time he finished, the mini splits sparkled and worked better than in a long while. He also told me how to maintain them between cleanings. It was great.

Wow. Just WOW! Worth every penny. Pros from start to finish. From the first call everyone I spoke to was competent and clear about what to expect. The tech who came out (Patrick D.) was polite, clean and a good communicator! He did an absolute stellar job and was patient with questions and thorough with his explanation of what was done. He left my home sparkly clean behind him. I could not recommend this company more!

What a great service - on time, professional, courteous, and best of all made my unit sparkle (mold free inside and out). My split unit is over 10 years old and the inside unit was never cleaned. The technician cleaned the unit and showed me all the mold that was inside. The unit now smells like it is brand new. This service comes highly recommended. I will have them back to clean my other units.
