When I had a question after the work was completed, Gus called me right back and stayed on the phone for several minutes to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Gus from We Clean Heat Pumps was out to my house today to clean three Mitsubishi units along with the outside compressor. Polite, professional and I was very impressed with his work! Gus took the time to go through each unit to clean and confirm working condition. I invested a lot of money a few years ago to install these units and it is great to know that I have We Clean Heat Pumps available to maintain these units for years to come!

Trey with We Clean Heat Pumps, Charleston, SC just finished cleaning our mini-split in the ADU above our garage. He did an amazing, thorough job, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. Especially if you have issues with mold, this is about as close as you can come to working with a really good remediatior without having to contract one, as they have taken their time to learn from a very respected expert on the subject and understand how to deal with getting rid of mold safely and effectively in a way most other HVAC companies do not. Marion is the point of contact and she is a kind, wonder person who will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommended!

Yes, We Clean Heat Pumps, cleans heat pumps. But they educate on how to care of pumps inbetween and they make recommendations about listening for sounds of aging motor and/or proper heating expectations. Thank you!
