Justin is top notch, professional and very knowledgeable!

Excellent Service! The technician arrived exactly when predicted and got right to work carefully cleaning the heat pump. They were careful and considerate, ensuring the area around and underneath the heat pump was as clean (or perhaps even more clean!) when they finished as it was before they began working on it. The pump has been in use consistently since then and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you!

He showed up and fixed a problem that occurred during the first cleaning. It did take a few calls to get the repairman to come to our house but when done, all seemed good.

I had to clean the interior head after she was done and the interior filters. Very poor quality of professionalism. And she left a mess on the porch and railing where she attempted to clean the filters. The covers for the screws are missing as well. Too bad because I’ve used them a few years ago and they were great.’

He was courteous and professional, left the house as clean as he found it and the units now are sparkling and running like new, and that's saying alot because they are over 10 years old! Your service guy encountered extra work here. He chose to remove hardware wire we'd wrapped around the exterior unit so he could clean it properly. It wasn't easy, yet he was very nice about it. He was clearly set on doing his job well.

Gus from We Clean Heat Pumps was out to my house today to clean three Mitsubishi units along with the outside compressor. Polite, professional and I was very impressed with his work! Gus took the time to go through each unit to clean and confirm working condition. I invested a lot of money a few years ago to install these units and it is great to know that I have We Clean Heat Pumps available to maintain these units for years to come!

Our (my wife and I) originally hired "We Clean Heat Pumps" because our minisplit was leaking water and we were informed (by a serviceman from a different company) that the unit needed a cleaning. The WCHP serviceman did an excellent job. He not only cleaned the unit, but he also discovered that the actual source of the leaking was from damage done by mice that had eaten through a tube for water drainage inside the unit. He also found the hole where the mice were entering the unit. The serviceman was very informative and took the time to explain the problem. He was a pleasure to work with.

We Clean Heat Pumps is a my 1st choice for maintaining my mini splits. The service is great. If you are having issues with a unit they’re right there to help. They provide an excellent service.

I heard about this company through their underwriting support of public radio. I had been having my heat pumps cleaned by the company that did the installation but found them very expensive for what they were doing. The technician, Levin, Was really awesome. He was Extremely careful to keep everything clean and tidy. He explained everything he was doing and did a much more in-depth cleaning then had ever been done before. I watched while he removed the casing from the wall unit (which had never been done before) and power washed the roller/fan and other components. When he was done with the five wall units in my house and the exterior condenser everything Sparkled and worked much better than itpreviously. This is a real five star company and five star technician.

The technician Steve did an amazing job! He really knows his stuff and pays attention to all the little details. I asked him a ton of questions, and he was super patient and answered everything. I’m so glad I got my mini split deep cleaned. Yeah, the price is a bit high—but honestly, if everyone worked like Steve, I wouldn’t mind paying it. I really love the job he did, and I’ll definitely be asking for him again next time. He’s the best! 👍🌹

Heat Pump cleaning. Very good communication with scheduling. Maeve (our technician) did a great job and was very good with our dogs. Very satisfied.

The technician did not ensure the drain hose was clear. This resulted a the wood floor being soaked over night. I sucked out a bunch of debris the next morning with my shop vac.

The service was great m, Maeve was great but we think it may need a repair as it is still emitting a bad smell.
