The tech who performed the service, Maeve, was on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. Even my grumpy dog approved of her work. If you haven't had your mini-splits cleaned, you should. They are so much more efficient with regular upkeep.

He asked several questions about our preferences and was giving our 8 pets lots of attention, He did a very thorough job of cleaning two heat pumps and discovered a mouse nest in one, He suggested putting steel wool around the hole to the outside.

The technician was so polite and worked quietly and thoroughly. He (I wish I remembered his name?!) removed the curtains below one pump to protect them and then carefully replaced them. He answered my questions with ease. I will have your company help me at least annually.

Great company that will go to extreme lengths to accommodate cleaning for people with the health issues and sensitivities. Especially if you have issues with mold, this is about as close as you can come to working with a really good remediatior without having to contract one, as they have taken their time to learn from a very respected expert on the subject and understand how to deal with getting rid of mold safely and effectively in a way most other HVAC companies do not. Marion is the point of contact and she is a kind, wonder person who will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommended!

Yes, We Clean Heat Pumps, cleans heat pumps. But they educate on how to care of pumps inbetween and they make recommendations about listening for sounds of aging motor and/or proper heating expectations. Thank you!
