I have searched for 2 years for a company to clean my mini splits. A CARRIER business refused to come because I was 1 hour & 5 minutes away. Five minutes over their allowed service area. Ridiculous. I kept searching and found "We Clean Mini Splits". Great reviews. So I took a chance and called. Had an appointment in no time. They came this morning, did deep clean on them. He was courteous and professional, left the house as clean as he found it and the units now are sparkling and running like new, and that's saying alot because they are over 10 years old! Gus from We Clean Heat Pumps was out to my house today to clean three Mitsubishi units along with the outside compressor. Polite, professional and I was very impressed with his work! Gus took the time to go through each unit to clean and confirm working condition. I invested a lot of money a few years ago to install these units and it is great to know that I have We Clean Heat Pumps available to maintain these units for years to come!

My Mitsubishi mini-split needed a “deep cleaning” The tech from We Clean Heat Pumps, Johnathan French was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and neat. My mini-split is like brand new. I heard about this company through their underwriting support of public radio. I had been having my heat pumps cleaned by the company that did the installation but found them very expensive for what they were doing. The technician, Levin, Was really awesome. He was Extremely careful to keep everything clean and tidy. He explained everything he was doing and did a much more in-depth cleaning then had ever been done before. I watched while he removed the casing from the wall unit (which had never been done before) and power washed the roller/fan and other components. When he was done with the five wall units in my house and the exterior condenser everything Sparkled and worked much better than itpreviously. This is a real five star company and five star technician.

I have used this service each year since installing mini-splits. Their tech Patrick always does a fantastic job. Great communication, friendly demeanor, works efficiently and always leaves a clean workspace and does a double-check walk around afterwards. He's always done a fantastic job explaining things - though at this point our cleaning is straight forward and routine, but still very thorough. The only reason its not 5 star review is that over the past several years, the appointments have always had to be rescheduled.
